It all started in 1948 on Glenway Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio it was originally known as Western Hills Bear Alignment. Since then, the business has come a long way. We have expanded our offerings away from an alignment & suspension only shop.

Now, Bear Car Care offers services to take care of all of our customer's maintenance and repair needs. Our goal is to make car repair as painless as possible. We offer complimentary pickup and delivery service, and we work hard to keep our prices competitive, while staying on top of new technologies and offering the best service possible for you!

You book an appointment. We confirm it. We show up in a one-hour window, and take care of the rest.

Yes – with any service. If we pickup your vehicle, give you an estimate, and you decline service, there may be a small fee for pickup and delivery. Also, we usually leave a vehicle where we pickup a customer’s. If we need to pay for parking, or if we need to put fuel in the vehicle we pickup, that will be added to the bill.

Our hope is that the service will pay for itself because we will earn your loyalty. We are not always the cheapest, but we work hard to be competitive – especially with our large chain competitors. While it is not our goal to be the cheapest, we work hard to keep our overhead low so that we can be affordable. We encourage you to compare our prices.

This is the number one question we get asked. It’s true, oil changes are not super profitable, but it’s not a waste of our time. Our goal with pickup and delivery is to provide the most convenient car repair experience for our customers. We want to get to know you and your vehicle for basic maintenance so we have a good relationship when it comes time for bigger repairs.

We cover most of the tri-state area. Certainly anything in side I-275, but we’ve gone beyond for our customers. Give us a call if you are unsure.

No. We do pickup and delivery with one person. We will leave a vehicle when we pickup yours, so delivery needs to be to the same place it was picked up. If you do need two different locations we can pick you up and drop you off instead of your car.
